Our Process

It all starts with a free consultation, where Frances and Anna will meet you on site at your property. During this meeting, they will take photos of your home and discuss your individual needs. The Property Stylist are located in Auckland and offer their services to the full Auckland region.



They will then tailor this into a personalised quote which they generally send to you within 24 hours of viewing the property. Pricing is based on a standard 5 week hire period. This allows for a typical marketing campaign with a week either side for photography/marketing. Extensions on this time are available if needed.



Once the quote is accepted, and an install date is set, they will make arrangements with you (or your agent) to get access to the property. On install day the property styling will take anywhere between 2-5 hours depending on the size of your home. Marketing photography is often booked for that afternoon or the following day.



Once the property has sold (or a the end of your hire period), we will make arrangements with you pack down and remove the furniture.
