Consultation
It all starts with a free consultation, where Frances and Anna will personally meet you on site at the property. During this meeting, they will take photos and discuss your individual requirements in order to get the home ready for sale, as well as the time frame in which the styling needs to be booked in for. Ideally they recommend 3–4 weeks notice (although they are flexible).
Quote
You will then receive a personalised quote including all the details and recommendations discussed during the consultation. They aim to get this sent out to you within 24 hours.
Booking
Once the quote is accepted, and an install date is confirmed, they will get in touch to arrange the finer details including gaining access to the property and arrival times.
Install
On install day Frances, Anna and the team will arrive including truck and moving boys. The property styling will take anywhere between 2–5 hours depending on the size of the home. Marketing photography is often booked for that afternoon or the following day.
Removal
After your property has sold or when your hire period has come to an end, they will arrange a suitable time to come and remove the styling.
